Position: Multi-Family Services Manager

Total Compensation: Up to $85,000+ per year -- includes Base and Bonuses

We are looking for hardworking, customer-service oriented candidates who have proven skills and experience in multi-family property management. This position will oversee janitorial, cleaning, and other non-emergency related building and facility services being provided at multiple client sites.

This full-time position is key to ensuring that clients’ needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved while the services are being performed correctly and costs are controlled. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of advancement and experience in performing the services, managing teams, and excelling at exceeding customer expectations.

What You’ll Do:

Visit client sites on a regular basis, ensuring completion of janitorial, cleaning and

other non-emergency related building and facility services at multiple locations

Provide exceptional customer care to our clients

Assist with scheduling of services and oversee the work performed

Perform tasks hands-on if needed to help support team

Complete quality control checks to verify that services meet client expectations

Ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports and documentation

May need to respond to client requests after hours

What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge of and experience in multi-family property management, cleaning and janitorial

Knowledge of building/facility services, carpet/floor cleaning, surface cleaning, & specialty cleaning

3+ years experience overseeing and managing services provided at client site(s

5+ years experience managing team members providing services

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to identify customer needs and ensure they are met

Other Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License

Must meet SERVPRO® hiring requirements

Related professional certifications (preferred) (Registered Building Service Manager,

Building cleaning, Water restoration technician)

Bilingual (preferred)

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
