    SERVPRO® of Patchogue, NY restoration and reconstruction services following fires, floods and other disasters. We exist to help home and business owners when no one else can. We make disaster “like it never even happened,” and we’re looking for a part time Marketing Sales Representative to support that mission.

    Job Description:

    Your job is to market and increase sales by building relationships with business prospects in the Insurance, Property Management, Real Estate and Hotel/Hospitality Industries. You will focus on strengthening our presence within these sectors.

    You’ll be trained on a proven marketing process that includes a variety of responsibilities, including daily routes preparations, quality control data, referral source follow-up, key measurements, scoreboard, and marketing sales plan updates. Set-up, manage, and participate in Franchise marketing and community involvement events. Perform general marketing duties, such as drafting correspondence and creating reports/newsletters. assisting with traditional and digital marketing.

    You’ll work a part time schedule at least three days a week between 9am - 2pm, Monday - Friday for a maximum of 28 hours per week, but will be expected to attend professional events (e.g. golf tournaments, community events, trade shows, network building socials) and assist with pursuing leads as necessary.

    Benefits to you:

    Vehicle Allowance at .50 per mile

    Salary up to 30.00 per hour based on experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    Building relationships and rapport while educating customers in each Sector on SERVPRO® and the restoration industry

    Executing marketing/sales routes with clear objectives and documenting your progress

    Provide marketing and sales referral source and follow-up

    Provide brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and tracking

    Maintain key account target list and provide research

    Maintaining assigned contact lists and detailed records in our CRM

    Provide newsletters and e-blast coordination

    Participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses

    Hosting and attending community events to represent and promote the brand

    Completing Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation

    Qualifications:

    Proven Marketing/sales experience -preferably in restoration (fire, water) and or Insurance business--huge plus!!

    Superb customer service skills, follow-through, independence and organization

    Prior experience with the Insurance, Property management, Real Estate and or Hotel/Hospitality Industry

    High-energy approach to relationship building

    Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
