    As the Customer Service Specialist you will be answering and triaging calls, handling customers complaints, assist with scheduling or dispatching a team to the customers location to assess the work that would need to be completed. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and strive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment!

    Key Responsibilities

    Handle customer complaints, resolve issues and trouble shoot

    Receive customer calls and triage to the appropriate department

    Answering questions about the company's products, services and or information about company's offerings

    Help assist with processing orders and transactions

    Provide proactive customer outreach

    Respond to customer reviews, collect and help analyze customer feedback

    Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management team

    Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly

    Perform detailed and accurate data entry

    Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications

    Position Requirements

    High school diploma/GED (preferred)

    At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience

    Resolving issues and troubleshooting problem skills

    Prior dispatch or call center experience preferred

    Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated

    Strong phone skills utilizing most updated operating systems

    Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

    This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
