SERVPRO of Lower East Side, Manhattan, NY is looking for an experienced Water Damage Project Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate on a daily basis will oversee the quality control of jobs as they pertain to home insurance claims, examine property damages to calculate claim liability and project manage as it pertains to mitigation and construction services that our organization can perform and provide services for. To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical thinking and excellent writing skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Inspect property and physical damage on construction and mitigation properties

Examine claim liability as it pertains to properties that require construction and mitigation restorative work

Prepare and process documentation to support the work that we provide services for

Oversee quality over all job

Consult with Subcontractors and employees on job sites regarding job specific inquires

Perform score of work to forecast services that are needed

Prepare estimates using Xactimate software

Qualifications:

5 years of Claim Adjustor Project Management preferred

Proficiency using Xactimate software

Strong analytical and math skills

Effective written and oral communication

Degree in Insurance, Finance or similar field is a plus

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat

Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing

Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
