Chief Financial Officer (CFO):An MBA or CPA is also highly desirable. At least 10 years' experience in the finance industry and managing a team is a must. CFO must display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. They must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement.

Provide leadership, direction, and management of the accounting team.

Ensure that financial plans align with organizational goals.

Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.

Analyze, forecast, and project financial trends and KPMs.

Create and monitor an annual budget.

Analyze and forecast compensations.

Provide year-round tax planning.

Provide stakeholder communications and investor relations.

Manage commercial banking relationships to facilitate an appropriate credit resource under highly competitive terms.

Fuel franchise growth through procurement of funds through borrowing from financial institutions.

Interface with banks and lessors, outside audit firms, liability and casualty insurance agents, collection agencies, and credit card companies.

Supervision and preparation of interim and annual financial statements.

Supervision of monthly creation of budget to actual P&L and explanation of variances.

Analyze and earn the highest possible risk-adjusted return on assets and return on capital.

Manage the franchise’s cash balance and working capital, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.

Carry out the issuing of any debt, managing investments, and handle other liquidity-related decisions.
