Job Description: Ensure annual divisional initiatives that align with company initiatives are completed. Ensure a quality team of properly trained employees produce jobs completed according to SERVPRO® Franchise procedures and processes. Supervise, monitor, and communicate with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues.

Base + Commission: This position offers a base salary plus a commission structure of 1-5% of net sale profits on projects managed. Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package
Key Responsibilities
Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions
Create and maintain annual business plans and goals
Develop annual company budget, including projected revenue, projected expenses, and desired profit margin
Lead a team of managers as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projects
Ensure clear communication between customer and client to achieve the highest satisfaction possible
Ensure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelines
Oversee and assist with human resources and training functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development of managers and staff, as necessary
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED; Associates and/or Bachelors degree preferred
Effective written and oral communication
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Xactimate estimating software
5+ years of General Management experience
5 years of restoration industry experience preferred
Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
Strong process and results driven attitude
Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
Ability to execute physical requirements as needed such as carrying some equipment, climb ladders, and be mobile in tight spaces
Ability to push/pull/lift/carry objects as necessary
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents as necessary
