This is a full-time position with competitive salary plus benefits.

Requirements:

Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order per Project Manager / Lead Technician directions.

Ensure clear two-way communication with Project Manager and other Technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).

A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

Devoted to integrity, honesty, and empathy toward colleagues and customers.

Extremely adaptable to changing tasks and schedules.

Ability to work well in a Team Environment

Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.

Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly

Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
