High-end construction company looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury custom home projects.

Responsibilities will include:

·Minimize exposure and risk by implementing and audit safety standards and quality assurance controls

·Coordinate work of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects with Project Superintendent.

·Oversee performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.

· Administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.

·Supervise project engineers and superintendents, review their reports, check on any reported difficulties, and correct any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.

·Perform constructability review of project plans & specifications

·Solicit bids from Subcontractors. Perform bid analysis and generate scope of work for review by Project Executive.

·Manage day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple construction projects in a supervisory role

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Strong negotiating skills

· Strong computer skills, emphasis on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

· Dispute Resolution

· Financial and Job Cost Accounting Knowledge

· Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.

· Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.

· Communicate using the following tools: smart phone, email, text

· Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures.

· Client Service - Manages difficult or emotional client situations; Responds promptly to client’s needs; Meets commitments.
