We are seeking an Experienced Job File Coordinator to join our team! The Project Coordinator would be great on the phone, is detail oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor job file status

Daily job file coordination

Prepare final billing and perform job uploads

Notify vendors when they're services are needed

Answer inbound telephone calls

Develop and/or implement organized filing systems

Maintain job file WIP (Work in Progress) board

Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end

Assist Accounts Receivable Dept.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as a Job File Coordinator for a major restoration company such as SERVPRO, or equivalent is a Must

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous tone

Proficiency in Xactimate estimation tool

​Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to pass a background check subject to applicable law
