What does a Business Development Representative at SERVPRO do?
Visit and build relationships with customers such as Insurance Agents, Property Managers, Plumbers, etc. on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to educate them about our industry
Serve others within your community in their time of need
Actively participate with networking groups to promote our services
Make a difference by assisting in making a customer's experience with a Water, Fire, or Mold Disaster easy and stress free

They may turn to their Insurance Agent or Property Manager for guidance or they may ask their plumber for suggestions. It would be your responsibility to educate the agents, property managers and plumbers as to the importance of calling SERVPRO of Anaheim Central/Garden Grove immediately for assistance.

Primary Responsibilities
Meet or exceed assigned sales expectations, establish new contacts and maintain assigned contact lists.
Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily, maintain existing customers and build new customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons why SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the industry, compile and maintain Center of Influence (COI) information.
Participates in professional associations, networking groups, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) courses
Provide Owners and Sales and Marketing Managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appts.) to encourage SERVPRO® referrals
Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals
Position Requirements
A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business (outside) marketing/sales experience
Experience in the residential or commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry
Dedication and focus in providing excellent customer service
Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
Valid Drivers License, good driving record, and proof of insurance
A reliable means of transportation (you will be driving your own vehicle)
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Ability to pass a drug test screening
Nice to Have:
