Job description We are seeking someone to perform office and administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking and customer satisfaction activities. Perform general office duties, receive phone calls, and duties associated with billing, tracking and coordinating jobs. If you are self-motivated, can adhere to a deadline, dependable and work well under pressure then you will thrive in this work environment.
Position Requirements: Customer service experience in a service industry environment, quality assurance.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice.
First rate listening and questioning skills
Confident, punctual and reliable.
Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task. Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel. Quick Books and/or Xactimate training or knowledge a plus.
