    Position Overview: As a Water Damage Restoration Supervisor at Servpro of North Atlanta, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing our team of restoration technicians. You will ensure the efficient and effective execution of restoration projects, maintain high-quality standards, and provide leadership and support to the technicians on-site.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to a team of restoration technicians, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to complete their tasks effectively.

    Project Management: Oversee multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within established timelines and budget constraints.

    Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of job sites to ensure work is performed to company standards and industry best practices.

    Training and Development: Train and mentor restoration technicians, providing guidance on techniques, safety protocols, and customer service to enhance team performance.

    Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel to maximize efficiency and meet project requirements.

    Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing questions and concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the restoration process.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, including progress reports, job site conditions, equipment usage, and materials used.

    Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.

    Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues and challenges that may arise during the restoration process, making decisions that align with company policies and objectives.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in restoration, water damage, or related fields are a plus.

    Proven experience in water damage restoration, with at least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

    Strong knowledge of industry-standard equipment and techniques for water damage restoration.

    Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    Effective communication and customer service abilities.

    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Willingness to work irregular hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.
