THIS IS IT!Physical and Work Environment Requirements:● Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the possibility of extended hours.● Exposure to chemicals, identification of safety hazards, and hazard communication.● Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, and climbing● Forklift operation skills will be required to move large inventory.● Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects● Working in challenging environments with varying temperatures.● Ability to perform emergency services on a 24-hour scheduled On-Call rotational basis.Job Description:Manage client contents from both fire and water jobs. Facilitate the completion of the content inventory,manage packouts, and transporting of contents, as well as help supervise the cleaning, storage, andestimating according to SERVPRO® processes. Respond to service calls, set up and establishefficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, perform andsupervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce allsafety procedures on the job site. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial,insurance, and residential clients.Primary Responsibilities:1. Explain processes and answer client questions, as needed2. Monitor, communicate and respond to client needs/concerns to ensure client needs are met3. Communicate clear expectations to Production team members and supervise their activities4. Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control5. Manage inventory with iCAT software6. Resolve problems quickly as they arise7. Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details regarding contents8. Manage and control costs of contents projects9. Performs all other duties as may be assigned10. Be on a 24-hour scheduled On-Call rotational basis.Necessary Experience and Skill Set:● Strong work ethic.● Strong oral communication skills.● Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
