Job Description:
This position requires a person who can perform content cleaning to a professional level.
Go onsite to pack up contents at residential settings treating every item as your own and carefully wrapping each item. Packing items that were impacted by smoke damage to move back to our warehouse to go through the cleaning sanitizing process and once brought back to “like new” condition then return at the residence.
We need detailed cleaning professionals who take pride in their work. This position offers flexible hours. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of being humble, honest, and customer service oriented as our main task each day is to assist customers who may be experiencing a home disaster emergency and are depending on us to make things right once again.
Our candidate should be dependable. The applicant must have a valid driver’s license. We provide company vehicles but need our team members to legally and safely drive them.
We give you the tools it takes to handle all specialty home cleaning projects that give the owner a clean, safe odor free environment to call home.

Responsibilities:
Pack up homeowners belonging on location using meticulous care.
Occasionally working in a smoke/fire damaged location.
Prepare rooms for pack outs
Set up staging area and equipment for each project
Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns)
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
Qualifications:
Effective oral communication
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
High school diploma/GED
Ability to travel locally with company vehicle
Ability to successfully complete a 10-year criminal background check

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Must have a valid Driver License
Must be able to pass a 10 year criminal history background check
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
Exposure to chemicals
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
