    The Drywaller/Finish Carpenter/Painter oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development.     Primary Responsibilities

    Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews

    Provide priority response to potential customers

    Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects

    Schedule and coordinate resources to provide service on active projects

    Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements

    Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives

    Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets

    Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times

    Position Requirements

    Effective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skills

    Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred

    High school diploma/GED

    IICRC certifications preferred

    Valid drivers license required

    Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

    Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

    Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

    Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

    Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

    Ability to travel locally

    Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

    Pay Rate

    Competitive salary based on experience.
