We work everyday towards the goal of helping make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened”!

    We’re seeking someone who is great on the phone, has excellent analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and is a serious multi-tasker, with a knowledge of construction and estimating. Experience in Xactimate estimating is a +++. Our Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications. The Admin Claims Coordinator will administer and organize insurance claim job files and support our customers and insurance adjuster.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Learn to create estimates using Xactimate

    Monitor and communicate to ensure client requirements are followed up on

    Daily job file coordination between the production team and customer

    Update and complete job file co-ordination

    Communicate with customers on job progress

    Follow up with adjusters for approvals

    Office Admin Duties - Answering Phones, Collection Calls, All Basic Office Duties as assigned

    Experience/Skills

    2+ year(s) insurance claims or administrative experience

    Proficiency writing estimates, Xactimate knowledge a plus

    Experience in service industry environment a plus

    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    Successful at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)

    Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software

    Minimum of HSD/GED preferred

    Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

    Hours

    40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required

    Vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
