We are seeking Sub Contractor trades for flooring, painting, drywall, framing, and finish carpentry.

Job Description:

Provide valid licenses and proper insurance to become a Sub-contractor for Servpro. Once approved you go into our system and are eligible to receive job scopes and pricing for your review and approval.

Responsibilities:

Perform quality work according to current building codes

Complete jobs on schedule

Identify and document for approval and changes in project scope of work

Communicate with Servpro Project Manager

Review and agree to project scope and pricing

Accept work orders when issued

Ensure proper permits are acquired

Submit invoices with PO's

Qualifications:

Superb customer service track record and references

Valid state license

Ability to successfully complete a project to customer's satisfaction and Servpro Standards
