    Job Description:

    As an Accounting & Human Resource Coordinator, you will provide leadership with strategic thinking and be an integral part of our organization. You are responsible for assisting with accounting and personnell acitivities, including:

    Primary Responsibilities

    Maintain accurate records, create financial reports and perform analysis using QuickBooks® on line.

    Posting job opening, pre-screen telephone interviews, and scheduling in person interviews with hiring manager

    Maintain tax, insurance, and financial and HR compliance requirements

    Maintain vendors, resources, and subcontractors

    Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, to include collections

    Create accurate new hire documents/files

    Hire, onboard and assist with new hire training following SERVPRO® standard processes

    Review company policies and procedures with new hires

    Coordinate employee reviews

    Position Requirements

    3+ year(s) of experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite

    2+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activities

    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times

    Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills

    Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

    Very self-motivated and goal-oriented multi-tasker

    Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

    A minimum of two years of HR Coordinator experience

    Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

    Self-motivated and can work independently

    Hours

    40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required, varying between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

    Pay Rate

    Competitive pay based on experience.
