    We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and personable Digital Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our SERVPRO team. The ideal candidate will be creative, have a high attention to detail, and truly enjoy working in a team environment.

    The Digital Marketing and Sales Coordinator will support the efforts of the marketing team by creating content including graphics, blog posts, or social media posts, and assisting in planning company and customer events. This position will assist with sales administrative tasks related to daily route preparation, quality control data, referral source follow-up, key measurement, and marketing/sales plan updates.

    Responsibilities:· Work closely with the marketing team to assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns· Stay up to date on social media trends and share new tactics and ideas with marketing team after thoughtful research· Assist with digital marketing activities including social media content, email marketing, website maintenance and development, and other digital user experience projects· Support the digital marketing team in creating images/graphics, marketing materials, PowerPoints, and other necessary materials· Investigate job referrals; attaching appropriate people were necessary · COI and Facility Research · Assist with preparation and participation of internal and external company events· Work closely with marketing and sales team on development and implementation of community outreach programs and initiatives· Sponsorship program management

    Qualifications:· Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebooks, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.· Marketing experience: 1+ Years (Preferred) · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications (or other related field)· Highly organized and adept at managing multiple projects· Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well with a wide range of people in a fast-paced environment· Highly analytical with great attention to detail and thinks outside of the box· Strong computer and Internet usage skills, must be proficient in all Microsoft programs
