Will provide administrative support to executives and other leadership staff within a company. Their responsibilities can include:
Scheduling
Managing calendars and agendas for executives, including meetings, travel, and other activities
Communication
Drafting, reviewing, and sending emails, letters, memos, and other documents for executives
Meetings
Organizing meetings, gathering documents, and taking notes and minutes
Travel
Arranging travel and accommodations for executives, including transportation and meals
Information flow
Managing the flow of information to executives, including prioritizing emails and responding when necessary
Office support
Performing clerical tasks such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and filing
Research
Researching and organizing data, and compiling expense reports
Confidentiality is a must
Maintaining procedure and company policy
All other duties as assigned
Must have
Strong communication skills
Strong in excel
Accounting understand
Quickbooks understanding is preferred but can be trained onsite
Budget understanding is a must
