Marketing Support Associate

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by assisting the business development team to help grow our growing restoration business in NTX and Central Oklahoma City through digital lead generation and sales support.

We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, a proactive team player who has excellent communication skills, and who has the ability to handle multiple tasks.

This role consistently collaborates with our business development team to implement the company's brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Support VP of Business Development in executing team forecasts and strategies to achieve team goals

SEO: Maintain franchise web stages requirements, streamline activity and results for all business pages

Help track and monitor Google Ads budgets/campaigns

Manage Google Reviews program for all markets

Facilitate online & social media content to create paid and organic lead generation

Help implement digital advertisement placement opportunities

Leverage industry opportunities to generate increased revenue

Create and share newsletters and industry updates with existing and prospective clients through CRM database

Coordinate public relations programs and community engagement events

Compile key account target lists, industry forecasts, competitor analyses

Regular reporting of team efforts

Position Requirements

Degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience with Digital Marketing & SEO

Understanding of SEO concepts

Ability to communicate clearly internally and with digital and business to business contacts

Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required

Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and time management

Self-motivated and ability to work independently, as well as collaborate as a team player

Customer service focused

CRM knowledge

Proven experience with content creation & management of business pages & social media
