    Position SummaryWork to create high levels of customer satisfaction by establishing relationships among the project teams and insurance, resolving issues with customers and promoting the concept of working as a team. (Customer, insurance, and SERVPRO)

    Assist in the coordination, scheduling and facilitation of the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition.Principle Duties and Responsibilities

    Support, facilitate, and coordinate the work of multiple Project Managers and their teams

    Review and ensure project documentation is complete

    Identify and remove barriers to successful completion of overall projects

    Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed

    Review internal & external project communication and reporting

    Prepare project reports

    Assemble emergency services estimates, as needed

    Track and/or prepare project documentation; contracts, invoices, submittals, estimates, change orders, supplements, schedules, work orders, purchase orders, etc.

    Monitor and prepare reports to ensure timely and profitable completion of projects

    Perform customer billing

    Perform collection procedures for account receivables

    Facilitate customer warranty inspections

    Additional Duties and Responsibilities

    Maintain company database

    Answer phones and handle incoming calls, as needed

    Attend company meetings

    Assist in preparing material allowances and selection sheets, as needed

    Assist with permit processing

    Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports as needed

    Assist with daily housekeeping of the office

    Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    High School Diploma/GED

    Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working in an office setting, construction or restoration industry a plus.

    Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computer software, especially MS Word and Excel. Experience with Xactimate software is a plus
