Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assuring job quality on residential and commercial job sites.
Ensuring work orders are being followed by subcontractors and hourly employees.
Responsible for customer service and customer satisfaction.
Approving percentage of job completion for allowance of subcontractor draws.
Assist project managers as needed.
Solve problems for subcontractors and customers.
Maintain cleanliness and stock vehicle daily.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years of quality management experience.
5+ years experience in construction.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Capable of interacting with customers and suppliers in support of problem solving or process improvement efforts.
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

COMPENSATION: $50,000 base salary with commissions pay structure
