SERVPRO® of Pembroke Pines / West Miramar Reconstruction Project Manager

Seeking individuals with experience in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Restoration, Fire Damage, Construction or similar industries!!

Primary Responsibilities

· Rebuild Customers Homes (Inside the Home) after we complete jobs related to Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Fire Damage, Demo and other Restoration related jobs

· Rebuild and Re-Install drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, light fixtures, wall paint, bathrooms, kitchens and all other in-home reconstruction

· Scope job by identifying the amount of labor and materials necessary to complete the job from beginning to end

· Scope the time required to complete each job and coordinate / schedule jobs

· Create the budget required to complete the job from beginning to end and review with owner/manager. Jobs budgets MUST be approved by Owner/Manager before beginning the job

· Must manage entire process and ensure top notch quality levels

· Communicate with customers to understand their needs for each job performed and ensure job quality meets highest customer service levels

· If Recon job is overbudget or more time is needed, MUST communicate with OWNER immediately.

Position Requirements

· Must Speak English (Bilingual Preferred), no exception

· 3-5 years’ experience with In-Home reconstruction including drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, light fixtures, wall paint, bathrooms, kitchens and all other in-home reconstruction

· 3-5 years’ experience in Construction

· 3-5 years’ experience in home remodeling

· High school diploma/GED

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, or up to 100 pounds with assistance

· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)

· Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

· Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
