SERVPRO quickly responds to property damage emergencies ranging from multimillion-dollar disasters to those suffered by individual businesses and homes.Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Worker to join our team at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn. The Social Media Worker will be responsible for managing and maintaining our franchise's social media presence, creating engaging content and building a positive online reputation for our offices.The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and launching social media campaigns and implementing other digital marketing tools to drive growth and engagement. We are looking for someone who is up to date on planning, optimizing and executing campaigns for major social media platforms such as Seo, PPC, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You tube, and LinkedIn.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Servpro's mission and goals

    Manage and update the office's various social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

    Create and curate engaging and informative content, including text, images, and videos

    Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely manner

    Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions

    Collaborate with other departments within the company to promote events and activities

    Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field

    Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent attention to detail

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferable

    Experience using social media management and analytics tools

    Experience in the Restoration industry is a plus

    A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred
