SERVPRO of Aberdeen/Holmdel is hiring a Collections Administrator.

Hours: Currently we are offering this as a part time position with some flexibility.. This can be broken down to approximately 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, or 3 days per week for 8 hours/day. This can be further dicussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to clearly and conscientiously speak with customers regarding outstanding debts

Contacting customers via telephone and written communications regarding financial matters

Ability to run/apply payments on our current software

Ensure that client files are up to date with notes explaining the most current coorespondence

Position Requirements

High school diploma/GED (preferred)

1 year of collection/office-related experience preferred

Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated

Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
