Job Summary: The Project Analyst will be responsible for ensuring all administrative processes and duties assigned to their role and specific to mitigation leads and jobs are taking place in a timely, efficient, and quality manner. The Project Analyst is also responsible for creating estimates that are completed in a timely, thorough, and optimized manner so as to best represent SERVPRO Team Wall and the work completed by production teams.
The Project Analyst will be responsible for continuously improving and growing their skill sets as it applies to estimating, Team Wall Administrative SOP mastery, and excellent customer service and communication skills.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Daily
Monitor Workcenter Job Files for Completeness
Project Analysts are responsible for ensuring all of their assigned job files include all necessary timestamps, documents, correspondence notes, and role assignments that are needed for the progress status where the job file lies in the process.
WIP Meetings
Attend morning WIP meetings to keep up to date with actively produced jobs and the roles the assigned Project Analyst has with them.
Estimate Creation
Create estimates for assigned job files where an estimate appointment and creation did not happen prior to service being provided. This should encompass all emergency services jobs.
Utilize all resources available to create the most accurate and optimized estimate possible – Docusketch, Ring Central Video Call, Sketch, Scope, Monitoring Readings, Daily Update Notes, and Workcenter job file correspondence notes.
Estimate Review/Revision
Submit finalized estimate for peer review to the Quality Control Analyst.
Listen with an open mind and intent to learn to feedback and suggestions. Revise estimate as necessary based on the feedback and suggestions.
Billing Accuracy and Quality
Monitor both Workcenter and key QBO reports to ensure that billing is being completed on all produced work and that the invoice creation is being done according to process and resulting in a thorough and quality product.
High Standard of Customer Service
Project Analyst should provide a high level of customer service, positive attitude, and act as a force multiplier to their peers and team members. jobs.

Ad Hoc Projects
The Project Analyst may be asked to participate or prepare ad hoc projects in efforts to grow the effectiveness and efficiency of their department and company.
Training
The Project Analyst may be asked to participate in or attend training sessions either on or off site.
This position requires an on-call rotation for one week monthly.
