    About the Role:

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team at SERVPRO Team Shaw. As a leading provider of fire and water cleanup and restoration services, we are dedicated to helping our community in times of need.     Responsibilities:

    Manage full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

    Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent

    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

    Collaborate with HR to assist in pre hire action items and pre onboarding coordination

    Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify potential candidates

    Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

    Requirements:

    3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting

    Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

    Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
