    Role Overview: We seek a dynamic and experienced Learning Design / Training Manager to spearhead our training initiatives. This role is pivotal in developing and delivering effective training programs, enhancing the learning experience for all employees, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Initial Onboarding and Orientation: Deliver engaging onboarding training decks and conduct comprehensive tours of office and warehouse spaces to new employees.

    Training Coordination: Collaborate closely with various departments and managers to coordinate department-specific training. Ensure all training activities are aligned with organizational goals and standards.

    Collaboration with HR: Work in tandem with the HR team to streamline onboarding processes, including coordination of start dates and other logistical aspects.

    Learning Management System (LMS) Utilization: Utilize the LMS effectively to design and implement learning journeys tailored to the needs of different departments. Ensure content is engaging, up-to-date, and accessible.

    Continuous Learning and Development: Develop and maintain ongoing training and professional development programs for all levels of staff.

    Training Evaluation: Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of training programs, utilizing feedback to make continuous improvements.

    Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in training and development to bring innovative ideas and methods to our training programs.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree

    Proven experience in training and development, particularly in designing and delivering training programs.

    Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms preferred.

    Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and with different levels of management.
