As a Team Lead, you will be leading our restoration technicians in helping customers recover from difficult situations by coordinating, managing, and performing work activities on restoration projects. Responsibilities

Manage the customer experience and overall satisfaction

Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise project completion

Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control

Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure occupant and worker safety with adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.

Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided

Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

Requirements

Effective written and verbal communication

Basic math and computer skills

High school diploma/GED

IICRC certifications preferred

Valid driver’s license

Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Able to work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces

Ability to successfully complete a background check
