    Job Description:

    Responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to facilitate moving customers’ property from original location to storage facility and back without damage or loss. Responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, and employees.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage customer experience and overall customer satisfaction

    Determine work assignments and material or equipment needs based on written work orders or oral instructions

    Transport property using company vehicles to and from various locations

    Sort and package property for transportation to minimize damage and maximize efficiency

    Load and unload property on truck using appropriate tools

    Use bracing, padding, or strapping to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported

    Pack containers and mark with identifying information or tags

    Stack containers in appropriate area using pallets or cargo boards when needed

    Records property inventory accurately in appropriate software

    Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of moving experience

    Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures and inventory control

    Supervision and people skills

    Proficient computer skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Restoration industry experience

    Commercial Driver's License (Class A)
