As the Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the SERVPRO® team. You will oversee accounts receivables and accounts payables.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in hiring personnel and ensure employment best practices and compliance
Manage the training and development plans for Servpro team
Oversee performance management for Servpro team
Verify and analyze franchise performance reports
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 1 year of QBO Experience with payables and receivables
At least 3 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
