Key Responsibilities

Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.

Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.

Perform detailed cleaning tasks to eliminate damage caused by water, smoke, fire, or mold.

Provide cleaning practices at customer jobsites for structures, including but not limited to poly and prep setup and take down, cleaning ceiling, walls, doors, baseboard, casing, countertops, fixtures, floors, and appliances as required.

Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Perform final clean procedures on new and reconstruction projects.

Provide cleaning practices at customer jobsites and in the warehouse for content processing, including but not limited to packing, listing, photographing, manipulating, and transporting content when necessary.

Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.

Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information

Position Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
