SERVPRO of Santa Maria is a leading company specializing in comprehensive restoration services, including water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and flooring solutions. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team to include a dedicated Flooring Sales Representative who will play a crucial role in growing our flooring division.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Flooring Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen eye for design, and a deep understanding of flooring products. This role involves working directly with customers, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless sales process from initial consultation to final installation. Also to report to and work with SERVPRO of Santa Maria.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs and preferences.

Provide knowledgeable and accurate information about flooring products, including types, styles, and installation methods.

Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotations.

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape.

Participate in trade shows, community events, and other marketing initiatives to promote the company’s flooring services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or home improvement industry.

Strong knowledge of various flooring products such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tile.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

8 hour shift

40 hrs/ week

Weekly day range:

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
