SERVPRO of Minnetonka is seeking a candidate who can be responsible for assisting in the oversight and management of the project cycle for reconstruction projects. This includes, but is not limited to, providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts, helping to manage the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.

Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive culture and positive leadership
Assist in the management of residential and commercial water & fire mitigation projects
Inspect properties for water damage and develop a drying plan which includes the setup of drying equipment, monitoring temperature, relative humidity and specific humidity.
Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize proprietary software if required
Respond to property damage emergency calls
Communicate with customers daily to check work quality
Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors
Ability to communicate with clients professionally
Attend all appropriate company meetings
Attend regular company sponsored training sessions
Additional duties required as needed
Requirements:
2+ years’ previous lead technician or construction experience
Xactimate experience
IICRC certifications a plus
Customer-service oriented
Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
