Marketing Representative & Administrative Assistant Position

A college degree and prior sales experience are good, but not necessarily required. On a typical working day, this position will include a mix of sales/business development activities, operational tasks, and administrative assistance related to servicing clients in need.

Primary Responsibilities:
-As marketing representative, the responsibilities would include:
· Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses
· Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts, build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world, compile and maintain center of influence information., identify “Target 25” (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)
· Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO® referrals
· Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals
· keeping up with the website and social media platforms.
-As an administrative assistance the responsibilities would include
· Provide excellent customer service
· Send out email and written correspondence
· Meet crucial deadlines
· Perform detailed and accurate data entry
· Coordinate crew and job scheduling
· Assist other departments, as needed
Position Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese both written and verbal highly preferred.
Extrovert personality attitude with robust interpersonal communication skills
A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
Experience working with insurance companies highly preferred.
Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, etc)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience. Undergraduate students looking for internship opportunity are encouraged to apply.
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Clear driving record required.
Six-month probation before being Permanent
Hours:
· 32 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required. Vary between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
