SERVPRO of Montrose / Telluride is hiring a Job File Coordinator and Customer Care Specialist.
Job Description In this position, you will be joining a team of caring and conscientious first responders who are performing the vital service of helping the people of Montrose County and beyond recover their homes and businesses after a water, fire, mold, or trauma scene emergency. SERVPRO of Montrose/Telluride is the premier Montrose County property damage restoration provider.
You will be responsible for receiving calls from prospective customers, making them our customers, tracking all of the details of each customer's job on our systems, and communicating them to your teammates. You will electronically prepare each job file for an insurance audit process and billing. This requires a rare combination of skills: a high orientation to detail while being an excellent communicator.
You will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized, and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!
Job Skills and Requirments
High attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy
Ability to interact and communicate with team members and customers in a positive and respectful manner
Comfortable with a variety of electronic systems for:
Communicating with customers and teammates
Gathering and entering job information per customer's insurance program requirements
Ability to switch from one task to another with ease
Good follow-through
Problem-solver (analytical skills)
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years working in an office environment
Restoration or construction industry experience is a plus
Bi-lingual / Spanish is a plus
Hours 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
