SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita is looking for a sales and marketing representative (SMR) who can build relationships, attend networking events, work with technology/social media and educate people about our industry. This is a position that rewards tenacity, creativity, and success with the opportunity to make as much money as you want to work for.

We help commercial and residential building owners recover after disasters strike their property. As an SMR you will be exposed to new and interesting situations and people every day with the goal of building relationships with decision-makers so that when disaster strikes it is your name that pops into their heads.

Primary Responsibilities:

Visit with Centers of Influence daily to build relationships and log those meetings into our proprietary software

Bring in work from commercial and residential buildings damaged by water, fire, mold, biohazard, emergency, or reconstruction

Host events, lunch and learns, attend professional organizations, maintain assigned databases

Lead marketing initiatives, come up with ideas to drive attention or engagement online or in the community

Develop emergency plans with businesses to plan for future disasters

Increase sales territory revenue

Position Requirements:

Drivers license

Superb customer service, administration, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

· Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude

Self-starter and driven disposition

Pay rate is salary plus commission-based. Commission is uncapped.
