SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita is looking to hire someone who loves to work with people and educate them about a real and necessary service that helps people when things go wrong. Someone who enjoys building relationships, expanding their network and attending events. We are looking for a sales and marketing representative who can do all that, work with technology and plan/run events.

SERVPRO Marketing Representatives are charged with bringing in work to our business by building relationships with influence centers, helping organizations plan for disaster and being involved in the community through service, networking, and events. There are lots of opportunities to work with social media, SEO optimization and technology if that is what drives you or you can focus on the more traditional ways of building relationships.

We help buildings come back after disasters happen so SERVPRO Marketing Representatives are always in a new and interesting situation every day. If you want work which gives more the more you put into it, if you do not want the same old same old this is the job for you.

Primary Responsibilities:

Bring in work for commercial and residential buildings damaged by water, fire, mold, biohazard, emergency or reconstruction

Host events, lunch and learns, attend professional organizations, maintaining assigned databases

Lead marketing initiatives, come up with ideas to drive attention or engagement online or in the community

Increase sales territory revenue

Position Requirements:

Experience with outside sales

Drivers license

Superb customer service, administration, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay rate is salary plus commission based. Commission is uncapped.
