The Role:

Practicing excellent customer service skills, you will be first on the scene to help people cope with water and fire disasters. From securing the property, to cleaning and drying, to contents restoration, all the way through rebuild, SERVPRO of NW Charlotte offers the services to restoring the property back to its original condition. You will support demolition and restoration efforts as directed by your Crew Chief or Production Manager.

The Details:

· Perform mitigation services for customers who have suffered property losses due to fire, water, mold, or biohazards.

· Ensure clear communications with Crew Chief and Production Manager following their directions and keeping them informed.

· Identify safety hazards and follow control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and other workers.

· Set up staging areas and equipment for each project ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

· Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment.

· Perform end-of-day and end-of-job breakdown and cleanup to leave jobsite with an orderly appearance that impresses customers and keeps them confident in our work.

· Protect and use equipment and materials properly.

What You Must Have:

· An absolutely strong work ethic, high energy, and the drive to go the extra mile to achieve excellence.· That positive team attitude! We work hard, we have fun, and we have each other's backs!

· The desire to learn, grow, and develop your career. · Some experience in demolition, construction, cleaning, or restoration.· Experience in infection control cleaning is helpful.· Ability to work nights and weekends in a 24-hour on-call rotation.

· Dependable transportation.

· Effective verbal communication.

· Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to routinely lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

· Ability to access and work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)

· Ability to don and doff personal protection equipment to minimize potential exposure to chemicals and biohazards.The Rewards:
