What You’ll Do:
Promote franchise services in assigned territory through networking, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop our customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Use marketing materials like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO® services and to sell the benefits. Monday – Friday 8-5 with occasional after hours for marketing events and rotational on-call schedule.
Your Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses
Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
Build customer relationships through networking and support
Compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information and identify key targets
Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates
Monitor and follow up on all jobs within territory, ensuring customer needs are met
Provide President and Business Development Manager with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO® referrals
Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals
Assist with Marketing Event Coordination
Your Qualifications:
2+ years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience preferred
Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new digital programs/Apps
Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience desired
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
