The restoration project manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened®!”Primary Responsibilities• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews• Provide priority response to potential customers• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times• Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammatesPosition Requirements• Effective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skills• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred• High school diploma/GED• Valid drivers license required• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawMUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:
