Summary

Are you experienced in drywall, mudding, and painting? We are a family owned and veteran ran company looking for a construction technician. Skill set will determine the level of carpentry work you perform, from framework, drywall, painting to flooring installs. Please see the below responsibilities.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Scheduling homeowners and contractor jobs with the customer and crew.

Drywalling, mudding, and painting walls, trim, and cabinets.

Painting or staining exteriors.

Ensuring the crews show up on time, and do a professional job.

Getting quality issues corrected.

Working with our crews and keeping records of worked performed and hours.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

Superb customer service track record

Effective written and oral communication

Basic math skills

Experience in painting, drywall, and mudding a must.

Knowledge and skills to perform construction services as needed

Proven track record in leadership

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Some heavy lifting of materials. Some driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites can be loud. The employee is exposed to power tools and other machinery.
