Become thoroughly knowledgeable with each project, including plans and job specifications, coordinate and order materials, create estimates, order supplies, daily customer communication, job files audits, maintain scheduling for all active jobs, must be highly organized, familiar with the construction field, familiar with construction pricing, and driven to learn and excel in this position.

Valid drivers license Clean driving record Able to work independently 2+ years of construction experience 1+ years experience with estimates Management Experience
