Are you the right person for this job? We are looking for people that are comfortable walking into buildings that have experienced flooding, fires and mold damage. We also need people who are not afraid to work in biohazard cleanups. If you have previous experience in the water and fire restoration, moving, or mold remediation industries, your starting salary will be based on your experience and certifications.Already have your IICRC certificate and can run your own crew? We'll start you at $18.00.

We provide on-the-job training and a clear path for you to advance within our company and keep earning more money. Within months, the majority of our technicians receive pay raises.

What are you going to be doing?

• You'll go to flood or fire damaged homes and businesses and stabilize the property before restoring it. Restoration includes water extraction, demolition, and specialized cleaning.

• For projects involving mold or biohazard cleanup, you'll put on personal protective equipment and then follow cleanup and restoration guidelines.

What do you need to be eligible?

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly

• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

• Ability to wear a full-face respirator (men may be asked to trim or shave facial hair).

• Ability to be part of our on-call rotation for after-hour emergency jobs when your turn comes up. Being part of the on-call rotation is a mandatory requirement.

• A valid driver's license and ability to drive

• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

We pay $18.00+ for people with these skills. What's our Work Environment Like?The technicians that do well with us like a fast-paced work environment. A typical day for one of our technicians is working a full schedule of jobs--an equipment check followed by a water damage followed by a fire damage, etc--with little downtime. If you like to be busy and stay productive, then we can provide that for you. And, if you want to work overtime, we can help with that, too!
