Job Description:

The Restoration Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and production crews. Their responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and staff development, leading to operational excellence. Primary Responsibilities:

Manage customer and client satisfaction

Develop project scope and estimates

Schedule and coordinate crews and resources

Document job files

Position Requirements:

Effective communication skills

Intermediate math skills

Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred

High school diploma/GED

IICRC certification within 90 days

Physical ability for lifting, climbing, and working in various environments

Ability to pass a background check

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Ability to lift 50-100 pounds

Ability to work in fast-paced environments with extended hours

Exposure to chemicals and safety hazards

Ability to work in tight spaces and varying temperatures

Perform emergency services on a rotational basis

Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

Strong oral communication skills

Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred

Strong work ethic

Formal Education/Training:

IICRC certifications preferred

High school diploma/GED
