Job Description:
As a A/R and Talent Acquisition, you will provide leadership with strategic thinking and be an integral part of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruit for new hire employees for both field positions and office openings.
Contact customers regarding their outstanding balances, follow up with insurance companies for payment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of Collections
Knowledge of current business software technologies
Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and can work independently
