    SERVPRO of South Palm Beach, a leader in the water, fire and mold cleanup and restoration industry, has an opening for a full time Business Development Representative to join our Team! This is a key position, that will have the exciting opportunity to develop a new territory.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    Promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned revenue goals.

    Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process (Route Selling) to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely completing the following activities:

    Identify all potential customers within the assigned territory.

    Develop sales objectives

    Execute Business Development Cy

    Document Progress

    Execute referral and client appreciation activities.

    Present and complete ERP’s (Emergency Readiness Program)

    Coordinate continuing education events for clients.

    Coordinate marketing & entertainment event

    Professional association participation

    Participate in professional networking events.

    Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met.

    Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

    A minimum two years of outside business-to-business sales experience

    Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector

    Superb sales, customer service, and verbal communication skill

    Strong business and financial background and process- and results-driven attitude

    Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.

    Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

    This job requires local travel for 90% of a typical day in a company vehicle and customers professional office environments. This job requires the ability to bend, stand, walk, sit and drive for extended periods of time. Some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required.

    Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:

    This is a full-time position working between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience. (Preferred)
