Job Description

SERVPRO® of Southern Cuyahoga, is the premier fire and water cleanup and restoration company in Northeast Ohio. We are expanding and seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager. We currently have 6 franchises in the Cleveland, Akron and Mansfield areas.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to scope rebuild projects.

Reviews job scope and estimate with Operations Manager of Construction, estimators and insurance representative to obtain approval to begin projects.

Ensures all proper paperwork and payment schedules are in order before job begins.

Maintains excellent communication with all involved parties throughout the job.

Work with Estimator on updating billing supplements throughout progress of job.

Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of building and construction including materials and methods needed to complete projects.

Ability to manage, motivate, guide, and direct subordinates

Preferred reliable sub-contractor base

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary $50,000 - $70,000 + commission

Company car and cell phone for business use

Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability and 401 (k)
