As the Sales Estimator, you will be tasked to inspect and estimate new leads that come in the office. You will travel throughout the county, visit with customers and then report directly to the assigned Project Manager(s).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
Coordinate with production and management to ensure efficiency and quality
Additional Responsibilities:
Visit contacts on designated sales routes
Answering phones while in the office
On Call Dispatch rotation
Position Requirements
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
At least 3 years of industry experience
IICRC certification a preferred
Xactimate knowledge preferred
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
